How to upgrade to Plickers Pro

  1. Sign in to plickers.com on your computer
  2. Click on the blue Upgrade to Pro button in the top right-hand corner of the page (then see step 4)
  3. If the button isn't there, click on your name instead, then scroll down and select Upgrade to Pro
  4. Follow the instructions to pay for and start using Plickers Pro
Upgrading to Plickers Pro on an individual basis can be done through your account at plickers.com. We've included the detailed step-by-step instructions for you below:
  1. Log in to plickers.com on your laptop/computer

    You'll arrive at Your Library (aka, the Plickers homepage).

  2. Click your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen

    This will open your Account page. You can also get there by following this link: www.plickers.com/account 

      Note

    Sometimes there's a direct button called Upgrade to Pro located in the top right-hand corner of plickers.com. If you click that button, you can skip step 3 below.

  3. Scroll down and click 'Upgrade to Pro'

    The Upgrade to Pro link is located under the Plan heading of your Account page.

    This will take you to a quick introductory page about Plickers Pro.

  4. Confirm by selecting the green button

    Or, if you're looking to obtain a quote for a group order for your department, school, or district, scroll down to the bottom of the introductory page and select the blue button. You can find more information about group orders at this link.

  5. Choose your payment plan

    You have the following options:

    • Monthly - you'll be charged $8.99 (USD) per month
    • Annual - you'll be charged $71.88 (USD) per year
  6. Enter your card details

    We accept all major credit/debit cards. Purchase Orders are reserved for group orders of 2 subscriptions or more.

  Note

Your Plickers Pro membership will start with a 14-day free trial. Once that's ended, your card will be charged and we'll send a receipt to the email address linked to your Plickers account.

Useful info

Invoicing

If you'd like to add specific details to your invoice, please contact us (at support@plickers.com) before the end of your free trial, so that we can make the changes in our system. Unfortunately this can't be done once your card has been charged (but we can make the change for your next payment).

Auto-renewal and cancelation

Your subscription will be renewed automatically until you cancel (we send out reminder emails for annual subscribers to let you know when this is coming up). To find out how to cancel your subscription, scroll down to the final section in this article.
