  • We do accept purchase orders, but only for group orders of 2 or more subscriptions. For individual upgrades, we accept all major credit cards.

  • Yes, it's possible to add additional details to the invoices/receipts we send you, for instance if your school needs a copy for their records.

    Please note that this is only possible for upcoming invoices - we're not able to make changes after a charge has already been made.

    Please contact us at support@plickers.com with the details you'd like to add to future invoices.

  • We don't currently have an option to purchase an individual subscription for someone else (this can only be done for group orders of more than 2 subscriptions). There are a couple of alternative steps available to try though:

    • If your school/organization has a credit card, you can ask your colleague to upgrade to Pro within their Plickers account, and then enter those card details when prompted.
      • If you have a policy in place that doesn't allow auto-renewals, your colleague can cancel the subscription after their 14-day free trial. The subscription will be stopped at the end of the current service period, meaning your colleague will have access to the Pro features until then.
    • Or, if you have an expenses system in place, you could ask your colleague to upgrade using a personal credit/debit card. They can then claim it on expenses.
  • If you wish to change from a monthly to an annual payment plan (or vice versa), you can do this through your Account page at plickers.com (www.plickers.com/account). The change will be implemented at the end of your current service period i.e. at the end of your month/year's subscription.

    Here's how to do it:

    1. Sign in to plickers.com on your computer and head to your Account page (by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner)
    2. Scroll down to the Payment Info heading
    3. Select the Change Billing Period link
    4. In the resulting popup window, select your desired billing period
    5. Read through the Change Summary
    6. If you're happy, select the blue Yes, switch Billing Period button
  • To downgrade your account from Pro to Free, simply click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of plickers.com.

    From that view of your Account page, click Downgrade to Free Plan, and you can go back to using Plickers for free without any interruptions or loss of data.

    Canceling your subscription means your Pro membership will expire at the end of your current month or year.

  • Any content you made using Pro features will remain unchanged in your Library. You’ll retain access to:

    • Sets you already created with more than 5 questions
    • Question slides with images added via the built-in image search
    • Any old Reports or Scoresheet data

    However, it won't be possible to make new content using these features. 

    Without a Pro subscription, you’ll lose access to:

    • Any privately shared Packs that you were a part of
    • Your ability to share Packs with other users (although you can still use Packs to organize your content)

    So, before you downgrade, we'd recommend considering if you'll need to transfer any content from shared Packs first. Feel free to let us know if we can help with that (at support@plickers.com).
