In some of our troubleshooting steps, we ask you to ensure that a number of domains are accessible to your school’s network (also known as ‘whitelisting’).
In case you or your IT team are interested in what these domains are used for, we’ve included the information for you below (click on each toggle box to learn more).
Please note the following:
- The asterisk at the front of each domain denotes that the whitelisting should cover everything within that domain - this is especially the case for *.plickers.com for example.
- The scheme (i.e. https and wss) for each of the domains is quite specific, so please ensure they're used correctly.
