The option to delete your account is available at the bottom of your account page at plickers.com/account.
If you can't log in to plickers.com and have lost access to the email address linked to your Plickers account, please write to us at support@plickers.com
After selecting the ‘Delete Account’ option at plickers.com/account, you'll be guided through a few steps to verify ownership of the account.
There are three steps to the process:
- Enter your Plickers account password (or continue with Google)
- Click the link in the Delete Account email we send to you
- Double-check your details and confirm
We have outlined these steps in more detail below.
It's important to note that an account deletion is a permanent action. Once it has been done, it won't be possible to recover your account, or any content or results within it.

On your computer, sign in to your Plickers account at plickers.com
Or you can go straight to plickers.com/account (in which case, you can skip step 2 below).

Select your name in the top right-hand corner of your Plickers homepage
You'll then arrive at your Account page.

Scroll down to the bottom of your Account page

Select 'Delete Account'
A pop-up window will appear, containing information on deleting your account.

Read through the information in the Delete Account window

Enter your Plickers password and select 'Confirm'
Alternatively, you can use the 'Continue with Google' button.
A Delete Account confirmation email will be sent to your linked email address.

Check your email inbox for a message called 'Delete Account Link'
If you can't see an email from us, please try the following:
- Check your spam folder
- Search your mailbox for 'Delete Account Link'
If you still can't find the email, you can get in touch with our support team by writing to support@plickers.com from the email address linked to your Plickers account.

Click the link in the deletion email
NotePlease note that the Delete Account Link expires after 30 minutes. If it has expired, you'll need to go back to plickers.com/account and select 'Delete Account' again.
You'll be taken to a confirmation page, which will look something like this:

Review the details on your 'Delete Account' page

If you're happy to proceed, check the box and click the 'Delete my account' button
